Mental strength: three factors to every successful transition

1. Know when to pay attention when to not pay attention (ability to handle shit)
Your attention is the only thing between you and the world.
If you pay attention to a person who is negative, people who throw a lot of shit and especially to people to pass comments on you. you are in for a big ride my friend
Only pay attention to those who appreciate you and like you for how you are
When I say don’t pay attention, I DO NOT MEAN AVOID… if the AVOID, you are showing yourself and others that you are not STRONG to handle SOMETHING OR SOMEONES PRESENCE

2. YOU before others

Another precious skill that is going to make life so easy… if you are a type of person who is sympathetic and likes to help people regardless.
I have only one thing to say, pay attention to YOURSELF FIRST BEFORE HELPING ANYONE, if you are mentally going insane yet are helping others be mentally sane. That shows you don’t have the mental strength to help other.
Having sympathy is good, but having sympathy and not having the ability of take care of yourself first, you will automatically won’t be able to take care of others.

3. NO EXCUSES and BLAMES

Don’t give yourself any excuses for any of YOUR SHORTCOMINGS and seriously DON’T SIT AROUND and BLAME OTHERS for your shortcomings.
This the NUMBER ONE SIGN OF MENTAL STRENGTH
EXCUSES AND BLAME GAMES are like LOADS OF CHOCOLATE FOR YOUR BRAIN
You know you shouldn’t give excuses or blame just like you shouldn’t eat a lot of chocolate and yet many do BOTH
