5 ways to be your better self

Its never late to improve yourself and be better, and the best part about it.. you can Start it, And be Better right now

1) Look within and reflect

Understand that you are the one who can make amazing things happen in your life. Although you can only do that, when you know who you are and what you truly want from life.

Start to reflect on your life, your past and your future.. what things don’t want and want to change in the present and what kind of future do you want.

Reflect on how people see you as, (probably even talk to honest people and get to know how they think about you as a person), reflect on what your thoughts are, what your limiting beliefs are AKA what are the kind of thoughts which stops you from doing something

2) Don’t think how, think why

Biggest mistake which everyone makes before going towards changing themselves or changing their lives is.. “how”. How can I do this, how will I be able to that..

Don’t think about how, just start to do it and make mistakes and learn and grow.. only ask yourself why do you want to change, or want to change something in your life? because you deserve more happiness and joy in your life, because you know you want better things in your life, you KNOW you want it bad enough that you will and must do it, because you know that at the end of the day.. its worth it

3) NO excuses or blames

If you want to learn from your mistakes, learn to stop excusing yourself or blaming others from your mistakes and lack of courage..

If you fall and say to yourself and others that you didn’t fall, you would inevitably fall again

When you admit and accept your shortcomings, you do EVERYTHING to fix and learn from them.. if you give excuses, you would dismiss those mistakes and never learn and become the best version of yourself

4) Uncomfortable action

Don’t overthink about whether you should take that leap and start towards the journey. Its going to nerve wreaking in the beginning, but.. you will get used to it eventually and it will become easier.

Gather all the courage you have and start it off

5) Positive self-talk

All don’t know that all of us talk of ourselves, whether in the mind with our thoughts or loudly in a room alone. Negative self-talk has into 20 times the affect in your mood, thoughts, beliefs and actions, same goes for positive self-talk and the best thing with positive self-talk is it will make your thoughts, beliefs and action more positive make room for more positivity. Say good things to yourself, good things about yourself.. even if you don’t believe in it.
